Koshigaya-juku, the third post town from Nihonbashi on the old Nikko Kaido Road. It is a beloved local junmai sake made with local rice at a brewery in northeastern Saitama Prefecture. The first sip is a bit strong, but it quickly fades and the alcohol content of 15% makes it a normal sake. If the first taste lasted a little longer, it would be so delicious that I would buy it on a regular basis...(I am a little harsh in my evaluation!!!).

Good taste. It has a good mouthfeel! It's called "unfiltered sake. Even without any snacks, 2 or 3 gos of sake is enough. I drank it cold on a cold night, but 5 minutes after drinking it, my body started to heat up... This is a recommended Yamagata sake for those who want to savor only sake and get drunk with gusto.

Takeba is a sake from Noto that we got at Koreya in Kitasenju. It is a junmai ginjo with a refreshing taste and not too sweet like junmai sake, so you can drink as many glasses as you like. I recommend it after a toast with beer or something!

The alcohol content was a typical 15%, and the alcohol content did not suddenly spread to the palate, with a moderate sweetness and a subtle acidity that was not peculiar. It was tasty, but I felt it lacked a little "richness.
