I met IWA5 for the first time. I was not sure if I was going to buy it at one time and had passed on it because it was too expensive, but I got it with a glass. It is powerful in a sophisticated way, and I was very satisfied with a glass of it. I thought I could have tasted something different if I had had a bottle. Sake is so interesting! I want to drink more sake! Please let me know what you guys think I should drink!

Amano-do Amaguro Barrel Aged What an interesting sake! It smells like whisky, drinks like wine, but it's sake! I didn't think it was made from rice. Is it the result of black malted rice and barrel aging? I want to drink it again. I don't think I'll ever come across it again.

Shinsei X type. It was amazing. I had no idea that this could be made from rice. I was simply amazed at how sophisticated it was. Will we ever be able to drink it again? I was told that I probably won't be able to drink it. Sake is such a wonderful drink. Thank you for allowing me to drink this. Thank you!

Yuki no Bijin Akita Brewing Company ⬛︎Activated Nigori Nama-zake Sake that remains active in the bottle. When the screw cap is turned and oxygen enters, all at once the chi rises and it almost blows out! I took a video but unfortunately it's not close-up enough... I repeated the same action a few times and finally got to drink it! Slightly carbonated, a little strong acidity! Not strongly sweet, and I don't mind the alcohol taste. Personally, I found the acidity pleasant and easy to drink! Slightly carbonated sake is good!!!!!!!

I drank doburoku for the first time. Probably. Polishing ratio 92%? Doburoku indeed. So this is doburoku. I thought it was very interesting. Personally, I don't think I need any snacks. I drank it all while thinking A bottle with a strong personality The only thing I couldn't figure out was the bitter taste I felt in my mouth at the end. I would like to drink other drinks of rice and agave!
