2008BY was served warm. I have had many kinds of Taketsuru, but the 2008BY is the oldest ever.
The color is a dark brown. It has a caramelized taste and a sharpness that can only come from long aging.
This is the first Tamagawa draft sake I've had outside of Ice Breaker. Surprisingly, this is the first time for them to use Tamakawa.
It has a mild candy-like sweetness that increases as it warms up, and it has a nice sharpness.
There is no description, but it seems to be R4BY.
The color is light. When warmed up, it has a mild flavor with a slight burnt taste, but it is crisp and clean. Ishikawa Touji's Tsuki no I does not expand so much even when heated, giving the impression of being crisp and refreshing.
