I have been interested in this sake for a long time. It seems that the online store has stopped handling it, so you can only buy it at the direct sales shop now. It doesn't say, but I guess it's probably a draft sake. It's fresh, sweet, and delicious. It is an easy-drinking low-alcohol sake with a light sweet taste. It tastes like a slightly uncarbonated Ramune, but in a good way. Hakusetsu is inconspicuous, but I think it should be appreciated more.

Hi bouken 😀 I guess Nada Gogo will inevitably stand out more 😅. I will visit the sake brewery street in Itami and the Hakusetsu brewery in the near future 😀.

Good evening, Yasube 😃. It's a bit far from Nadagogo so it's inevitably hard to get there 😥Please do take care of Hakusetsu and Old Pine 🤗.

I tasted it at White Snow 😋. Is it a limited edition sake from a direct sales shop? I heard they use old yeast. It's lactic-acid like, sweet and gentle. I've had it in the past, but it tastes good again!

Good evening, bouken 😀 You are indeed finding some great sake 😀. I've been on a few Nada sake walking tours myself, but haven't found this one yet 😢. I need to do another Nada walk 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Yasube. Unlike Nada Gogo, Itami does not have any tourist attractions, but the sake is delicious, so please visit 🤗.

I will try again to drink the alcoholic beverages I drank in the past. Part 2 I was going home, but I took the wrong train to Itami, so I got off the train and went to the Hakusetsu direct sales place. I guess the nearest sake brewery to my house is around Hakusetsu, Laematsu and Ozeki. There used to be a variety of products that were only sold at the direct sales place, but maybe because of Corona, there were fewer and fewer, and they were all products that are sold at supermarkets. This sake is not limited to direct sales, but you can't find it anywhere. The taste is not bad compared to other major companies, but I always think Konishi-san is not good at business. I wonder if they use sake yeast and wine yeast according to the wording on the label. It tastes a little yellowish and fizzy. It tastes like a dry white wine and seems to go well with Western food. It does not have a daiginjo-ish taste. The one I had in the past was aged for about 2 years in ionic liquor, and it was hard to drink because it had a strong sense of maturity...

Nice to meet you, bouken. That's right. Konishi-san, who swept Japan in the Edo period, is now a long time ago. He makes good sake, but maybe he is not a good businessman, or maybe his reputation is not high.

Nobu Nobu, nice to meet you 😀 I think they are one of the oldest existing breweries making good sake, but they are not as appealing as the breweries in Nada 😢.
