I'm in the middle of the last [Poziya] post, but this time I reached [666 check-ins] 🚩.
［I had prepared a story in advance because I thought I was going to reach it in the middle of Mr. Pojiya's post 🤣.
Here is what I opened this time
Shinsei No6 S-type
I was going to prepare 3 bottles of sake related to [6], but it was difficult to get them quickly, so I'd like to make a breakthrough with a special [6] sake. ✨️

The first mouthful has a clear, sweet and sour taste with a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
［Mokkiri]
The mouthfeel is slightly gassy, with a firm sweet and sour umami taste, followed by a refreshing finish and a refreshing aftertaste.

A marriage of European-style curry full of the sweet flavor of onions and dashi broth 😋.
