Another irritating day this week, and then a liquor lish on Wednesday. Yesterday, for the first time in a while, I stopped by my parents' house after work and had a rude awakening. My wife wasn't there, but we had a lot of food, drinks, and chatting, and it was a fun party, with some teasing about my parents' disappointment. This Wednesday, we started drinking Akita Brewery's Yuki no Bijin! This time it was a sparkling Kojo-shu Yamadanishiki Nama! We had given up on it once, but when we visited last week, the last bottle was popped! So I took it home with me! Let's have it right away! The first day First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma. Bubbles of bubbles are coming out of the mouth. Refreshing and refreshing in the mouth! It is so dry that you can hardly tell it is a kijoshu. But it is very easy to drink because there is only a hint of bitterness. It is nice to feel the sweetness in the middle. You can also feel a citrusy atmosphere, so it sinks in with the sizzling sensation. Day 4 The sweetness and saltiness of the wine gives a good impression of freshness as it is. The overall taste has calmed down. After a refreshing finish, the bitter taste like the rind spreads slightly. I can't get enough of this sweet bitterness! It was another delicious sake!

Good morning, ma-ki-😃. I'm disappointed to see how close you and your wife are with your parents 🤣. However, we need time to refresh ourselves without worrying 👍. Yuki no Bijin, I haven't tasted it yet, but I would like to try a dry Kijoshu!

Hi ma-ki-😃 I think sweet sake is good for irritability 😤, but this one is like a stouthearted sake ‼️ that doesn't spoil you so much 😆. In any case, if you drink "Yukimi-san", you will be well refreshed 🤗.
