I've been curious about this for a while, and it caught my eye when I was on an expedition to a liquor store in ‼️ far away 👀It was our first time, but we fell in love with it at first sight because of how cool it looked 🤗.
The design is the same as the white bottles that ma-ki-san, Shinsaku3 & Pekho-san and others were drinking recently.
I'll make love to you!
The aroma is mild citrusy ☺️
The first sip is a strange sensation 😳It has a gentle mouthfeel, but it's also very satisfying, with the delicious juiciness of Omachi, but with a crisp, dry finish😙.
It has a unique taste, and I wondered what it was 🤔 and looked on the back of the label and found "Amezan groundwater (hardness 150)"! I see that this is what you mean by minerality😊I guess that means our taste buds are growing up too⁉️ really know what they're talking about 😆.

Isn't it interesting how the mouth of the cap looks similar 🤗.
This is finally my 3rd Kanagawa sake 😅Matsumidori, Zanzou Hourai, and many other Kanagawa sake I've been interested in lately♪
