Togakushi skiing❄️ #2 This sake was also purchased at Echigoya Shoten. I thought I'd try it since it is from the same brewery as Kame no Kai... Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 17%. Very nice aroma, chili, fruity and handsome! Delicious balance between soft sweetness, umami and acidity! The second or third day, it still has the same great aroma and fruity melon-like flavor. The umami is up↑, the acidity has calmed down and a little bitterness is felt. It is now even more balanced! On the 4th day, the flavor has settled down, but the umami and acidity can still be felt, and the balance is good, so it is delicious! Although I prefer the fine snow of Kame-no-umi, I also like the umami flavor of this one! The pink 🩷 label is not a miss. ❣️ The third picture is the view we saw at the ski resort on the 14th ✨. It was a perfect day for skiing as it cleared up well after the ❄ fall at night 🎿. The 4th picture is the soba noodles we had at the lodge on the slope! It seems that Yamaguchiya also serves it here, and it was very tasty 😊.

Pon. Good evening! There are many delicious soba restaurants in the Togakushi area 🤩 I see that they serve soba at the lodge as well! Togakushi is indeed a great place! I haven't seen any turtle sea or Akanesusu... 💦Maybe I should plan a trip to Shinshu 🤔.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😃. When I lived in Nagano, put wasabi directly on soba noodles without dissolving it! I was instructed to put the green onion only in the soba water! I was instructed how to eat 😅. Akanesusu! I'd like to drink it when the dry fever is over 🤗.

Good evening, Pon-chan. It's called unfiltered raw sake, so it's very lively! ✨ I love the skiing - I've never been to Togakushi💦.

Hi Pon-chan! I'm especially interested in the Shinshu sake that I haven't had yet 😁. The soba noodles at the lodge are so authentic, I can tell you value the transmission of the local food culture✨.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦. I knew about wasabi, but leek is new to me 😳I learned a lot 🙏. When I was younger, I ate hot soba noodles in Matsumoto and got a dubious look 🤣It sounds like you have a lot on your mind 😁.

Ofuji, welcome back from Zao 😊. Togakushi is a mecca for skiers 😅It is so far from Kansai that even Shiga Kogen is as far as you can go 💦I recommend you to visit Zenkoji Temple in the warmer season.

Hi Gyve-san 🐦. I had to buy some Akanesasu because I don't see it even in Kyoto 💦 You may know that Kame no Umi is sold only in one bottle at Mae Kawada near Yamamoto-san... Togakushi, I have an extraordinary passion for soba 👍.

Hi, Sheri 🐦! I see you made the climb 😳 That's great! It looks so high from the mountain across the way and also looks steep😱The ridge looks like it has a lot of ups and downs😱. When I went there, they said it was like it was finally snowing ❄😅.
