Second bottle of autumn sake 🍁 drinking comparison.
I've had 5 bottles of Akabu so far 😋 and the last time I drank it at home was last September 15😳.
It's been over a year since we last drank at home, beyond 8 months for Kangiku👍.
Amber is a stylish name for a perfect fall sake 😉.

It has a mild aroma with a hint of sweetness 😌.
Take a sip, and yep! It's a soft sweetness, but there's a sourness that wraps around the sweetness 🥹It's a good balance 🥹☺️
I think Ryupapa's description of it being apricot-like is spot on😊And T-Kaji's theory that Akabu is good no matter what you drink has been proven: ‼️

This is the kind that goes down easy with low alcohol, but leave some for the comparison!
