It's a drink I drink once a year, lol.
I volunteered as a floater at the Otsu Festival.
This is the sake I toasted at that time.
Classic taste, maybe it's because it's a gift from God, or maybe it's just a sip, but it tastes better than before....
Ah! Maybe it's a corporate effort to make it taste better😳
My apologies 🙏.
Shochiku Ume's Gokai Junmai Dry is the sake we had at Tori Aristocrat in the evening!
It too has a classic taste, but it's a little less sweet and refreshing, so it was delicious with the skewers 😊.
I hope we can tow it again next year🎶.

It's been 10 years since I came to Omi and this is my first visit to the Otsu Festival 🍶.
Drunken weather, gorgeous floats, good food and drink 🍶.

Thank you for volunteering for the Hikiyama!
I saw it on the news, the Hikiyama parade is amazing! I wish I could have seen it there 🥹.
The first spirit of drinking sake at the toast and then at the evening tori-aristocrat is also awesome 😁.

Yes, that's right! And I've never been served sake from the local brewery 💦 I guess it's an adult thing 😅.
Hopefully next year we will toast with local sake 🤔.

Hi Jive 🐦.
I know there are many Hakutsuru and Gekkeikan 😁 last year it was Shiga sake, but it is usually Hakutsuru. I'm guessing it's a regional thing 🤔 and I'm happy to be able to taste sake every year 😆.

Thank you Peco 😊.
After the Hikiyama, we ended up scattering and breaking up, so we are a couple 😂 We drank sake after we drank the shuwatto. It's the only way to be graceful 😆 Open it up and enjoy 🤣.

Hi Kozo 🐦.
I drink Hakutsuru sometimes too, but this type is festival only 😳I guess it's this one since it's served in a one-cup bottle 🤔.
I can't get enough of oden and a one cup warmed up 😆.

Thank you, Aladdin 😊.
The amount of alcohol for the toast, the amount is totally different depending on the neighborhood, but it seems to be decreasing every year. Maybe they don't want people to get drunk and ruin the atmosphere 🤔🍺 or 🍶 I miss the days when people were served 😌.

Hi T.KISO 🐦.
Is there a specific toast for the festival? I'm not sure if it's a toast to the festival or not, but it's a little bit too much 😂I asked to take a picture before and the person pouring it posed for me 🤣.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦.
I'll try my best while I can tow 😁 Oh! There seems to be an age limit. There wasn't in the past and my husband once told me he thought he was going to die in a tug with a higher average age 😆.
Unlike his name, he was kind and dry 🤣.

Good evening, Maru-san 🦉.
Speaking of festivals, we used to have beer 🍺 and other drinks during lunch breaks and in between breaks, but that's gone 😭 things have gotten a lot tougher 💦.
Every Hikiyama has a Karakuri on it 😊.
