I'm sorry to say that this is a bottle that I was drinking before our wedding anniversary, although it was later in the day for some reason.
Mr. Miyaganbai! First time drinking at home😊.
I had it for the first time last year at a drink out in Tokyo and my impression at the time was a pathetic "I'm sure it was delicious but I don't remember 🤤", but then I got a comment from Yucachin saying he was hooked on Miyakanme after drinking this one😅.
I've always thought that I must taste and drink it properly 😤, but I never had a chance to meet it, and I finally saw it at a liquor store on my last trip and got it 👍.
Here it is! Gorgeous and fruity aroma 😌.
The sweetness was clear and the umami flavor was hidden behind the sweetness 🔎.
We had it on two separate days and Nobby especially loved the second day!
It was a delicious sake 🍶 with a good balance of aroma and taste with a refreshing sharpness 😊.
