We have reached ㊗️Sake no Wa 200 check in.
We will open a bottle of Hananaka Shuzo's Sundo for the commemorative sake 😁.

Actually, the 100 check-in was for Hana-no-Kou sake.
I was fortunate enough to receive a bottle of Sundo from a sake friend of mine.
I decided to go with Sundo because it was given to me by a friend of mine who is also a sake brewer 😁.
I'll open the bottle right away 🍶.
It's full of energy!
When poured into a glass, it has a fizzy and bubbly feeling.
The aroma is fruity with a hint of citrus.
In the mouth, the fizziness gives way to a grapefruit-like sweet and sour acidity.
The sweet and sour sourness spreads from the fizziness in the mouth.
After that, umami, bitterness, and various other flavors appear.
There is also a lingering aftertaste somewhat like the aftertaste of white wine.
This is a taste that appeals to everyone 😊.
It should be No.1 in Kumamoto ranking at once 😭
