Last night we had our first Atago no Matsuri ❗️ with Tohoku sake 🍶🤗!
It has a mild aroma and a nice mouthfeel, with a fresh and beautiful sweetness. It's like a good food sake with a presence that disappears sharply at the end. ☺️
By the way, everyone, do you ever find that when you drink while watching the WBC, your drinking progresses faster than usual?
We're on a sobriety program in April, and I'm trying to make the most of it 😆 So I loosened the rules and started on my second bottle 😅.
As I was putting it away after drinking it, I heard Nobby's voice from the kitchen 😳 "I dropped my guguimin and it got deformed😱" Oh my! It's pretty bent 😢.
But it's ok! I applied force slowly and it was a bit warped, but it somehow came close to its original shape. I didn't know it was this easy to bend 😫.
I'll be careful from now on!

Tin is easily deformable so you have to be careful when handling it 😥.
You can also use the deformability of tin to your advantage and make a shape that is easy to hold yourself 👍.

Oooh, WBC is a boon to the sake industry 😊 we choose sake 🍶 only in my house 😆.
WBC before the medical checkup was bad timing 😅 many of the sake vessels are weak 😢.
