I was forced to hold out until the Olympics.
Imi's GOLD✨ finally opened the bottle ✨🥂✨.
The aroma is very fruity!
Deep sweetness with a full-bodied apricot flavor.
Slightly thickened, rich flavor and acidity.
With a gorgeous aroma
It sinks into the nose and the back of the throat.
The lingering acidity has a hint of rice bran. I can feel the aroma of rice bran in the lingering acidity.
And a slight bitterness.
It has a sweet, rich, and deep taste. ❣️
The 2nd day, chilled to a crisp
Wow, this is gorgeous and fruity ❣️
It has a deep sweet and sour taste like a ripe pineapple.
It spreads out slowly 〰︎
But it is more intense than the pineapple
But it is more intense than the pineapple you feel from Hanaoyokasu.
It also seems to be thicker
And it has more sweetness, umami, acidity, etc. than when the bottle was opened.
Sweetness, umami, sourness, etc. all become one
It's a cohesive taste.
This is truly a deep taste 🤗
I try to match sweet sake with sweet things 🤭.
I bought some an-butter dorayaki 😁.
I tried it with it and....
Yes ♡ it goes well with it 👌It's so delicious 😍🙌
