As you can see in the 3rd picture, it has a nice color as it has been aged for 6 years ✨.
Aroma like Shaoxing sake
It has a strong sweet taste! Sake level -42.0😳
But there's also a sourness and a bitterness at the end so it's not too tart.

I think caramel is the closest 🤔
It also tastes like mirin, which Nemuchi told me about.
Soy sauce taste
It went well with Chinese food 🤔.
I thought it would have a more pop taste from the label, but it was a well matured tasting sake 😊.
