This year's new sake is from Omine!
I was going to buy autumn sake at a sake tasting, but the owner and everyone told me that the new sake is delicious.
100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 14.5
Nice aroma, piquant and fresh!
Soft sweetness, then fruity with umami and acidity.
Slight bitterness at the end.
Less sweetness than expected.
On the second day, the sweetness increased↑It's like a peach!
I said it was delicious because it was well-balanced and less bitter 💕.
It was juicy with a 🍑 feeling until the 3rd day.
It settled down on the 4th day.
The juiciness is still there and it was delicious the whole time: ❣️
I hope to enjoy a variety of sake this year 🎶.

Nodoguro (bluefin tuna) 🦀 flavor with broth from 🐟️
Crab 🦀 flavor, not too strong
Snacks Bacon and black pepper, with almonds, delicious ❣️
