Since I started Sake-no-wa, I have had the opportunity to drink many different kinds of sake, and have tried many different tastes.
Now, how do you feel when you drink the sake that got you hooked on sake? 🤔
With that in mind, I opened this bottle of sake with the help of Menshuoh 🍶.

Aroma of mellow rice with a strong alcohol content, clear and clean taste, and a sharp sharp finish, with a deep and slightly long aftertaste of rice sweetness, and finally a 16° strength similar to bitterness that lingers in the throat.

I wanted to serve with seasonal yellowtail, but there were no good ones, so I served Kampachi Toro (yellowtail toro) and Motsu-nabe (motsu nabe) using Sumire nabe soup that I had in Hokkaido.
The sharpness of the wine is pleasant as it goes well with oily fish and richly flavored entrées.
It's still a delicious and beautiful sake ✨.

Fuyu Hanabi" is a limited distribution product of Kobayashi Shuzo, the brewer of "Kitano-Nishiki", which is almost exclusively sold in Hokkaido.
The name "Fuyu Hanabi" is also derived from the beauty of fireworks in winter and the seasonal feeling of sake brewing!
