Masamune hunters go today🍶.
The day after the Japanese Sake Festival, we are going on a Masamune hunting trip in Kyoto 🏹.
Our goal is "Higashi Honganji Temple".
Gokan Masamune is a limited edition sake🍶 of Higashi Honganji.
You can buy it at the online store of Higashi Honganji, but I went there because it was a good opportunity 🤗.
First, I took my time to visit the temple and calm my mind 😌.
Then, we went to the store.
I opened the automatic door with a whimper and went inside to find a line in the sake corner 👀.
There is a bottle of sake and a bottle of sandeshi.
I would have to say the Sandesi here 😁.
I went home and opened the bottle the next day 🍶.
⚫︎ cold sake🧊.
It has a thin grain sweetness 😚.
The throat passage and sharpness are typical of alcohol additions.
There is no cemedine-like aroma or alcohol-like taste.
It is a refreshing and easy to drink sake 🍶.
⚫︎Hot Sake♨️
I'm going to try heating it up 😁.
The sweetness increases a little and the aroma becomes more broad.
This is what happens when it's heated up 👑.
It's a good old-fashioned sake 🤗.
Nice Masamune👍

Ponchan, it's me too 😃.
It was originally only offered at the "Goshoin Houonkou Osai" and now they started to sell it.
Well, normal people don't go to temples to buy alcohol 🤣.
I went there because I'm a Masamune 🤣🤣🤣
