Osaki City in Miyagi Prefecture is trying to make it a local specialty Sasayui, a local specialty of Osaki City in Miyagi Prefecture. Sasanishiki is the mother and Hitomebore is the father. Hitomebore is grown only in the Osaki arable land, which is recognized as a World Agricultural Heritage site. Only rice that has passed the strict requirements can be called "Sasanishiki" 😀. The main purpose is for food. This is the only brand of sake that uses this rice. It is currently the only brand of sake made with this rice and is only sold at the store where I️ purchased it. It has a slight and smooth aroma. It's not so glamorous because of the heat treatment🤔. It has a banana-like sweetness at first. The taste of the rice is very rich and calm😋. The bitterness and acidity are low. The sake is very clear, clean, and beautiful. It's not flashy, but it's calm and very easy to drink. Although it is a Junmai Daiginjo, it is suitable for sipping 😆. It goes well with simmered dishes and Japanese food. I'm saying that, but I'm drinking it on its own after a night shift 😅. Next time I do a backroom deal, I'm a candidate 😎. I want to go out because it's sunny but Today is Monday😭. Let's work hard and go to work ️.

Hello, etorannzyu😃. I didn't know there was such a sake rice ❗️. If the development of new types of sake rice is advanced, the variety of sake will increase and the sake world will become richer👍.

Harueichichi Hello😃. In case you haven't noticed this is edible rice😅. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has a problem with this. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.

Good morning, Maripornu😃. I just started selling it, so it's not very well known yet. but I can recommend it 😋. There is also a namaizake origarami with the same specs, so it may be easier to recommend that one to some people.

Good morning, Mr. Shugo. I think you were drinking fresh sake, weren't you? I don't go to Waya very often, but they have a good selection of brands that are hard to find elsewhere 🎶.

A205X253 Good morning😃. If I go to a liquor store without deciding what to buy half the time I buy brands I've never had before or liquor store exclusives😋. If you are in a rural area, you may find one or two of those liquor store limited edition sake 🎶.
