のちを
An assemblage of Urakasumi and Ichinokura, two of Miyagi's leading breweries. I hear it keeps selling out in Miyagi. It is a food rice Sasanishiki.
It has a refreshing spiciness and crispness that is typical of Miyagi sake. It is not assertive in a good sense. It's like a high-level good guy.
It has a pop label, but I felt it was more classic at 6:4. It seems to go well with all kinds of food.
