koge2I finally got to drink some decent sake (まとも,て) from Oyama!
Oyama is the parent company of Kitashika, Echigozakura, Yukitsubaki, Kyohime, and Hamafukutsuru, and is the largest sake brewer in eastern Japan. Koyama Sake Brewery, which used to be the only brewery in the 23 wards of Tokyo (until Tokyo Port Brewery was established), is a distant relative of Oyama Sake Brewery, and the Marushin Masamune brand has been taken over by this company after it withdrew from the sake business.
It has a full-bodied flavor with a hint of sourness. It is rather strong, so it is hard to gobble it down. The top aroma is of grapes and pears with a slight hint of cemedine. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
