So, this sake is a very "Hokkaido LOVE ❤️" sake brewed with Hokkaido-produced Yamada Nishiki, which they went to the trouble of making.
Brewed by "Kobayashi" Sake Brewery with "Kato" farm's "Yamada" Nishiki ❗️

It's a dry sake with a crisp and sharp taste.
I got the impression that it doesn't end up just being spicy, but closes with a slight rice flavor in the aftertaste 😋.

Maybe it's the first sake 🎊 to appear at Sake-no-wa? It's an interesting title, but I can feel the thought behind it!
The sake brewery was full of tradition and worth seeing. It was a pity that there was no sake on tap, but I would like to check it out again when the brewery is open for the season!

I think the Hitokochi from Tochigi prefecture is "Nozomu" 😃.
I had a bottle of Omachi before and it was very tasty so I'm aiming for a different brand 😃.
