Probably a normal sake😅 gentle, sweet and dusty, not so much acidity as a sake yeast yeast yeast. Yogurt🥛-like lactic acidity too. It is crispy when paired with the famous chicken rice 🐓. The spiciness disappears. The Hinai Jidori salt ramen is also delicious 🍜.

Sometimes sake in a can. Canned sake is not suitable for high spec sake, but it is packed with techniques for drinking fresh Honjozo and low spec sake.
Open the bottle. The best part is that it goes straight into the glass. The color is slightly whitish.

Tingling gas? No, no, no, it says it's freshly squeezed from the hanging mouth, but it's canned sake, no such hassle. And lemon-y, juicy & refreshing. The sweetness and umami are exquisitely intertwined.

However, I felt something strange.
When I looked at the ingredients, I saw that it contained sugar. Ah, I've been hit.
And acidifiers! This is it...the gas-like numbness that irritates the tongue. I was beaten, but in a good way.
It's true that this sake is a little bit out of the ordinary, but I thought it was good.
It's a good evaluation because it's refreshing and drinkable without feeling like it's 19 degrees Celsius.
It is now on sale at Ministop to rave reviews.
