manakenAsahikawa on a recent trip, the most expensive sake (lol) purchased at Takasago Shuzo, Asahikawa, Japan. It is a junmai daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 35%. Perhaps because it is fire-aged once, it is a bit dry, but delicious with a refreshing mouthfeel. It was served with sashimi, sea squirt, and konowata, which only go well with sake. Happy New Year, everyone! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
