A couple of friends came to our house 🥰It's a New Year's party, so we toasted with sparkling drinks: ‼️
Hors d'oeuvres started with strawberry & sakekasu cheese and baby sardine canape. We wanted the drinks to be light, so we started with a salad of garland chrysanthemum, daikon radish and nuts, and marinated carrots in sweet and sour vinegar 🥕. If strawberries were served by themselves, they would go well with sake. We started the party with a lively conversation. ❤️
For impressions of the sake alone, shinsaku3 is in charge 👍.
