Niigata Daiichi Sake Brewery's series of sake according to the part of the unrefined sake to be squeezed: Yambo (rough), Mabo (strong), and Yamama (medium).
Delicious!
The place was crowded with people from outside of the prefecture today. It's fun to see so many sake lovers here.
