DATE SEVEN is a project that brings together 7 Miyagi breweries, Katsuyama, Suminoe, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Haginotsuru, Miya Kanbai and Koganezawa to create a single sake! The leader of the brewery and each of the breweries take turns being in charge of the brewing process every year for 7 years. This year will be the last year! Katsuyama Shuzo will be the leader brewery this year, and the sake will be the culmination of the teamwork that has been built up as DATE SEVEN.
