The aroma and flavor will weaken. まつちよThis sake is said to be a PB from Hakata-based liquor store Sake Sho Sugawara.
Those familiar with domestic whiskey and spirits may recognize the name Sugawara Suikagami, but it is a spirit (liqueur under the liquor tax law) blended with carrot and barley shochu, and is apparently famous these days.
Incidentally, the spirits are made by Kenkozo, a subsidiary of Mitsui's Kotobuki, and the sake is made by Shigemasu's Takahashi Shoten in Yame (with some exceptions).
The initial aroma is fruity and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a sweet taste typical of Shigemasu.
I've only had Shigemasu's local Yame Gin-no-sato and Itoshima Yamadanishiki, but the sweet flavor of Omachi comes out well.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️ まつちよThe owner of the restaurant is from Fukuoka, just like me, and he sometimes brings me rare Fukuoka sake 😊. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
