This is Masamune, a famous brewery in Yamamoto. He created Bike Masamune because he loves motorcycles 😆.
The sweetness is tight and the acidity is hidden and blended with the sweetness.
It is well balanced 😌.
It has a very subtle carbonation, but it also feels light and smooth 😙.
The taste is reminiscent of lime, and I couldn't help but wonder if the bike 🏍️ expresses a sense of speed ❓🤗.
