At a sake meeting in Tokyo.
It is a low alcohol sake at 7 degrees C. It is orikagara and has a strong gaseous taste as the name suggests.
As the name "sour" implies, it has a gaseous taste.
There is a yogurt-like nuance in the back, but it may be similar to grapefruit sour.
It is characterized by sweet and sourness, but the sweetness is slightly dominant.
Easy to drink and delicious. TakatsuguSake from Nagano, Japan, which was given to us as a gift. I opened a bottle of "PRINCESS TIME" by Maihime Sake Brewery, which I had never had before.
The bottle is slimmer than a four-pack and looks like a liqueur bottle. The taste is soft and sweet, followed by a sourness that leaves the impression of biting into a grapefruit with sugar on it. The alcohol content is light at 7 degrees, making it a good aperitif.
This is a bottle of sake that I would like to thank for the encounter with the sake I received as a souvenir. It is delicious. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
