TakatsuguSake from Nagano, Japan, which was given to us as a gift. I opened a bottle of "PRINCESS TIME" by Maihime Sake Brewery, which I had never had before.
The bottle is slimmer than a four-pack and looks like a liqueur bottle. The taste is soft and sweet, followed by a sourness that leaves the impression of biting into a grapefruit with sugar on it. The alcohol content is light at 7 degrees, making it a good aperitif.
This is a bottle of sake that I would like to thank for the encounter with the sake I received as a souvenir. It is delicious.
