I was looking forward to this one. I opened the bottle when I was able to finish my work.
The sake is made by squeezing the low-temperature fermented unrefined sake and bottling it as it is. It has a gorgeous aroma that pops up in the mouth with a pleasant gaseous sensation, and is characterized by the freshness of new sake.
It has a green apple, kiwi-like green sweetness and umami, and a gorgeous flavor.
