⭐︎3.8 Rice polishing ratio 40%. Alcohol content 16%. A collaboration between Hakurakusei and Yamawa. This is the first Miyagi sake I've had in a while. Maybe it's because I've had too much melon-type sake, but unlike last year's Yamawaboshi, this one seems quite dry. After the aroma of melon, which is quite blue, and a barrel-like fragrance, the bitterness rises, and the pungent taste with sweetness finishes off. The spiciness comes out quite early. Last year it was brewed by Shinzawa Shuzo and this year it is brewed by Yamawa Shuzo, so I guess the brewing method is different.

⭐︎3.8 Rice polishing ratio 40%. Like Hakurakusei, it is sweet and rich. It has no acidity and leaves a weighty taste like a Miyagi sake.
