From a colleague at work
as a birthday present.
I got a bottle of sake as a birthday present.
I don't know much about Japanese sake, so he asked the owner of the sake shop about it (> <)!
It was my first time to drink Daito, but it was so smooth and easy to drink!
It was easy to drink!
I thought I didn't like dry sake.
But I think it's surprisingly good!

I had no idea, so it looks like you told them I'm someone who likes Senkou ✨.
If this wakes me up to dry sake, I'll be able to broaden my range of sake.

What, do you put "dry" even if the de-robbit is sweet? (^ ^;lol.
If so, I'm totally confused 🤣 lol

Sweet and dry are highly subjective.
It is a highly subjective thing.
Dry does not necessarily mean spicy.
Especially recently, there are few really spicy ones, and I think the spiciness of alcohol makes them spicy.

There is also sake degree as an objective index, but this is only a chemical specific gravity value. Incidentally, the higher the positive value of sake-density, the spicier the sake, and the negative value, the sweeter the sake. (It is only the difference in specific gravity with water.

I know that some of them are privately brewed, right?
I will try not to be misled by the word "dry"!
