From a colleague at work as a birthday present. I got a bottle of sake as a birthday present. I don't know much about Japanese sake, so he asked the owner of the sake shop about it (> <)! It was my first time to drink Daito, but it was so smooth and easy to drink! It was easy to drink! I thought I didn't like dry sake. But I think it's surprisingly good!

Pon-chan. Thank you very much. I think that the dry taste is like "ku~"! I didn't have much of a chance to drink it. I didn't have a chance to drink it very often. This one was easy to drink! I have another bottle that I got. I'm looking forward to it!

Sweet and dry are highly subjective. It is a highly subjective thing. Dry does not necessarily mean spicy. Especially recently, there are few really spicy ones, and I think the spiciness of alcohol makes them spicy.

There is also sake degree as an objective index, but this is only a chemical specific gravity value. Incidentally, the higher the positive value of sake-density, the spicier the sake, and the negative value, the sweeter the sake. (It is only the difference in specific gravity with water.

Mr. Kisuki I know that some of them are privately brewed, right? I will try not to be misled by the word "dry"!
