The other day, I got in trouble with Aladdin-san and bouken-san by saying I didn't know where I bought Asamei-san, but it turned out I bought it at Hata Sake Shop and I got a new Asamei-san 😀 😀 Today's sake is Asamei-san's Ken-nin Blowout Beware!
Today's sake is Asamei's Kenmei Beware of Swallow Beware of Blowout 😀.
This sake comes in a special plastic bottle 🤣!
The amount of lees is half of the bottle 🤣.
After about 5 minutes of struggling with the plastic cap, I managed to open the bottle with minimal blowout 😀.
It looks like a sweet sake, but this sake has the atmosphere of a sweet sake with a strong alcohol taste 😀.
It was a delightful sake, just as it looks😇

I was curious about this one, as I have only seen Shiga sake such as "Shichibonjari" and "Shoki Shoki".
The aroma is apple-like.
The mouthfeel is fresh, with a gaseous and hinted aroma that reminds me of a tank!
