This sake is brewed with 100% "Gin-no-Iroha" rice from Miyagi, Japan, which was born in 2019.
This is the second junmai ginjo sake following Junmai Ginjo unpasteurized sake which was unveiled on February 22, 2020.
It has a soft, sweet, round taste that reminds one of cotton flowers. Please enjoy the gentle texture and aroma that spreads in your mouth.
