We compared 3 kinds of local sake... Kiku (by Shichimizu Sake Brewery)
Slightly classical? It has a strong umami and a rich sweetness supported by a bitter acidity on the back end 🙄 ...🙄.
After meeting up with Shinshin SY for lunch, our original plan was to have a little drink... but we found out that the restaurant was closed after the second stop 🤤🕘.
In addition, they even took down the shutters and showed us the way out 😜.

Because I was drunk? It's a sword...but it's fruity and light on the palate, with the sweetness and umami of the rice, and a deliciousness that melts away.
