A good, albeit alsodense, taste. Dry aftertaste. Slightly bitter. Mild when paired with salmon. ☺️ Sweetness when paired with sea bream. It's delicious. Spicy when served with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). Swordfish stew is the best match👍I enjoyed changing the taste to match the meal 😆.

Refreshing✨, a bit fruity🍈, but not obnoxious. Gentle taste. ☺️. The flavor oozes out in the hoya.
Wine tourism🍷After the second day, we stayed at Shimomichi-sou, a guest house in Minamisanriku. It was a nice inn with a great view of the sea from the room and delicious meals 😆.
