The restaurant's customer service is with the manager today as employees return home for the Obon holiday. The manager is involved, Osageko. My wife and I each received one glass of this sake as a service. The sake is called "sagekko" and the polite word "o" is added to the name. This sake is made by the Asamai Sake Brewery in Amano-do. It was served cold. It has a nice aroma and is deliciously spicy. A little sourness and matured taste. It has a delicious spiciness and a high alcohol content. It is a raw sake but can be stored at room temperature👍. It is sold at the souvenir corner of the inn and at the sake brewery. I will probably buy some as souvenirs since I will be staying at this inn for 2 nights 🍶.

On the third day of our summer family trip, we visited the Sannai-Maruyama Ruins and Hirosaki Castle, and then went to Kawaguchi Onsen (hot spring) in Daisen City, Akita Prefecture, where we stayed. We were so packed with plans that we didn't have time to spend the night at a sake shop or brewery, so we went to today's inn. The restaurant's repertoire of sake was full of famous brands that I had never seen before, although I knew the sake brewery. Ota's Megumi, a dry sake that looks great warmed up. Dry, good aroma and flavor 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Shuyooshi's Suzuki Sake Brewery sake. I forgot to take a picture of the bottle. From the name, it seems to be brewed with rice from around the inn. Goes well with blue whale roebe 😊. It is 480 yen per batch. I am with my dog, so the inn is limited and this is my itinerary. Blue whale, from Iceland. First time I had it. Ota no Megumi, from Daisen, Akita, Japan. I didn't know it would go well with it.
