I heard they have changed the taste a lot since they added "Hon" to it.
Originally, I kind of disliked the brewed flavor.
The taste that has changed with "Hon" on it has a fruity sweet and sour flavor in the background of the whole, while another sweetness seeps through from the mouth to the middle of the drink.
In the aftertaste, the sweet and sourness is slowly and softly on its own.
Now, Honkido, I like it~(๑>◡<๑) ナナイIt is really dry with a bittersweet mouthfeel. The dry taste has a unique aftertaste, leaving only a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
It is a fine dry wine. I've stayed away from dry sake lately, but it's delicious. I will drink it again. ナナイSlightly fruity acidity on the palate. The sharpness of the taste is cut off without leaving any flavor, but the numbness of the sake is uninterrupted and lingers for a long time.
