Spicy but sweet.
Spicy? Sweet? It has a sweet aftertaste. Oh, what is dry? I'm not sure what to do with it, but it's delicious, so I guess that's okay (laughs).
I learned that the sake made from soft water brewing water is called "Onna-sake" and has an elegant, mildly sweet taste to the palate. 蛇の目スマイルTaste level 3.2
I rarely drink on weekdays, but I found this can of Seijo Ishii's original sparkling SAKE when I wanted to drink a little!
The sweetness of the rice is very gentle and the taste is refreshing.
