I bought it at Seijo Ishii. The pop-up at the store where I bought it said that it was Hiyaoroshi and the rice was Hitomebore.
It has a gorgeous pineapple and ripe fruit flavor. It's relatively light, but it's thick and has a solid taste. It has a hiyaoroshi feel to it. It is quite sweet.
I want to drink it, but I can't buy it in Kansai... The other day, I went to a specialty store in Nara, but they didn't even have it on tap.
Good evening, bouken-san!
I'm sure that's where the Nara distributor is.
I'm sure you've seen a few of them 🤔.
I think it's getting harder to find because of its popularity.
I'm sure you can find it at Seijo Ishii😑.
Hi-san, good evening 🌃
Yes, that's the one in Tawaramoto lol
I've been looking at their instagram for a while now and they haven't had a saint on there since the beginning of the year😢I guess I'll just have to get the raw sake from Kanto🤔.
