It has a flowery, fresh, gentle aroma, and the umami of the rice is more impressive than its sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing. I wonder if this is the position in the Honami series where the umami of rice can be clearly felt. The bottle cap is nice and gives the impression of being concerned about the bottle cap.

Very easy to drink! But it also has a sake feel! It has a mild, slightly fruity ginjo aroma and peachy sweetness, but it also has a strong alcohol taste. I highly recommend this sake to anyone who wants to try sake!

I love it so much that it's one of my five favorites so far! Too delicious! I love how creamy it is 🤤. Mild and slightly fruity aroma, creamy and gently sweet on the palate, ending sharply with a firm alcohol feel. Overall delicate. This is a product made exclusively from Tominoko, organically grown in Namekawa City, where the Chiyotsuru Sake Brewery is located. Is the creaminess and delicacy due to the unfiltered process? The bottle also has a sacred and cute feel to it 🥰.

Complex ginjo aroma, as it is a blend of several Japanese sake. Sweet aroma. Easy to drink. The aftertaste is surprisingly sharp. When heated, the aroma coalesces and it is very tasty! A blend of sake from 16 different breweries in Toyama Prefecture. The concept of the event started with the idea of "Since we can no longer get together to drink at the Corona Disaster, let's at least get together to drink sake!" This 2024 season is the final one. That's why it's called Final.

This sake has been aged for two and a half years. Although it is an aged sake, the aroma is not so strong and the flavor of rice is very mellow. It was well received by those who do not drink sake very often. It is also great hot!
