Today was a nice day ☀️, so after visiting Morioka Hachimangu Shrine ⛩️, I stopped by Asakai Sake Brewery 🍶 and tasted 10 kinds of sake 😅I chose this one because I knew it would go well with sashimi. So here we go. This time it was warmed to lukewarm 🍶The standing aroma is that of sake. Jay & Nobby: The variety of fish was, of course, more flavorful in Morioka and paler in Okayama, but the prices of fish and shellfish were cheaper. Sea bream, flatfish, and oysters were about half the price, and other fish were 20-30% cheaper.

I was given a chance to taste it. Compared to regular new sake, it was quite mellow and had a slight sweetness. I was told that new sake should be drunk about a month after the bottle is opened. Even if you don't open the bottle, you can refrigerate it for about a year to let it mature.

さすがに鑑評会用。山田錦の香りから、すっと入って米の旨味をほのかにたてて切れるが、余韻が長い。全く引っかかるところがなく飲める綺麗なお酒。普段は甘み旨味の強いのを選ぶけど、たまにはこういうのもいいね。
