Clear and colorless. The aroma is plump, reminiscent of yogurt, with a fruity note reminiscent of bananas. The intensity of the aroma is rather strong. The mouthfeel is smooth and flat. Soon after, refreshingly sharp acidity and astringency appear. The nose has hints of green apple. It has a sharp and short aftertaste. Aromatic sake.
