WOMHere is the third drink! Kesennuma is Otokoyama Shuzo's Sotenden. The owner kindly opened a bottle of this Hoya Boy label for us! The first sip!
It is a crisp and refreshing sake made with Miyagi Prefecture's original Kura-no-Hana (flower of the brewery). The aroma is understated, and the subtle sweetness is nice. The triangular fried fish from the Definition Mountain as a side dish was also a nice touch. Matsushima and Oshima in the background! WOMIf you see this, you must drink it. This is the second glass in the comparison. This is a classic of Miyagi, or even of the whole country. Hidakami. I love this one. It's dry and full of flavor. Good Hidakami. WOMLate at night in Matsushima, we went to Rakuraku, a restaurant in the hotel. I went in with low expectations, but the taste and atmosphere exceeded my expectations! Lots of good sake too! So, it's the Matsushima Sake Festival. First up was the Sengen Masamune. The label featuring Lord Date Masamune's military fan with a red circle on a gold background is a nice motif. The first sip has a gorgeous, dignified aroma! This sake is made from Yamada Nishiki produced in Sendai. グレイThe view of the Matsushima coast was awesome! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
