Here is the third drink! Kesennuma is Otokoyama Shuzo's Sotenden. The owner kindly opened a bottle of this Hoya Boy label for us! The first sip! It is a crisp and refreshing sake made with Miyagi Prefecture's original Kura-no-Hana (flower of the brewery). The aroma is understated, and the subtle sweetness is nice. The triangular fried fish from the Definition Mountain as a side dish was also a nice touch. Matsushima and Oshima in the background!
