Sakata is the sole distributor of Yamai Soko by Kikawaya Shoten.
Sake brewed by Sakata Shuzo and other breweries in Yamagata using rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
The Yamai Warehouse in Sakata, where rice is gathered from all over the prefecture, is labeled.
I've had a lot of bad experiences with this kind of labeled souvenir sake, but the lineup is full of the particulars of Kikawaya and the sake breweries, so you can expect anything.
It's also nice to get an explanation book.
This time, it was Eikoh Fuji!
Eikoh Fuji is 100% Dewa Sanzu!
The aroma is gorgeous like Eikoh Fuji, the sweetness is moderate, and it's refreshing!
Very nice. It's perfect for a midday drink.

Fruity and sweet. It is a middle ground between a sake for eating and a dessert sake.
The alcohol content is 16.1 degrees, which makes you feel drunk even though you didn't drink much!
