This was my first visit to Nostalgino's.
There were so many dishes on the menu that I had a hard time deciding which one I liked best: the smoked salmon and the Kouei chrysanthemum.
It was probably the first time for me to taste sake from Saga Prefecture.
I thought it was a sturdy and masculine sake, but it turned out to have a beautiful feminine taste.
Sake from Saga Prefecture.... Quite interesting!
